Addiction, depression, anxiety, mental health, self-esteem, grief, relationship counseling, family counseling
Are you tired of old habits pulling you down? Do you value your privacy and dignity? You do not need to struggle alone. Greetings, my name is Regina Gullette. I am a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) in the state of Ohio, Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). I believe I can help you.
I have extensive education, training, and experience in the field of substance abuse/addictions. I graduated from Capella University with a Master of Science degree in Psychology, with specialization in counseling, and I am currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Psychology from Capella University. I've worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for over ten years, with a warm, relaxed, and comfortable approach to counseling. I also use an integrative approach to addiction counseling, which means that I utilizes a variety of orientations and therapies, according to each client's individual needs. My approach is genuine, caring, accepting, and non-judgmental. I work with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective. I also work with a wide range of issues related to addiction, including depression, anxiety, other mental health disorders, unresolved emotional issues, self-esteem/self-empowerment, grief and loss, relationship/family concerns, individual counseling for personal and emotional growth, and creating more meaning and purpose in life. I consider it to be such a privilege to be invited into the inner lives of my clients, and to travel the journey with them through healing, change, and self-empowerment. I have two adult children and two grandchildren. I enjoy reading, and spending time with friends and family.
