I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years and have experience working with adults of all ages, genders and sexual orientations. Over the years I have acquired tools that many of my clients have found effective in reducing their negative symptoms. My first goal with my clients is to help them feel comfortable, valued, and understood. I see therapy as a collaborative process where the therapist and client work together to more fully understand the client’s symptoms and then develop strategies to reduce them.
