Trauma, life transitions, relationship counseling, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, families of children with special needs

Remaining in place may often seem the easier and less stressful choice. Exploring and embracing that sift is the work that my therapy addresses. Change often produces anxiety and depression; while resistance to change may be buried in unresolved trauma. I offer a safe and supportive place to discover pragmatic techniques and productive solutions.

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential. While we can't change the past, we can work together to understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth behavior patterns and perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Over the last twenty years I have worked both in the public and private sectors. Currently I am serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are Domestic Violence Issues, Anxiety/Depression and Families with Children with Special Needs. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
