Deciding to open up in therapy is a courageous step towards making changes. Incorporating elements of motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I hope to help you navigate barriers and empower you to leverage your strengths. I work with adults of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds. I have worked with individuals struggling with body image, anxiety, depression, and difficulty in their interpersonal relationships. I look toward to working with you!
