Change is the only constant in life. I believe that every person has untapped potential to overcome any challenges, loss and mishap in life! My therapeutic approach is to help you find your courage and strength to deal with life challenges and to help you define and achieve your goals.
From east to west, an atheist to a Buddhist, going through major career changes as well as a traumatic divorce, I have always held on to one perspective toward life: embracing changes. What I find most valuable in counseling and therapy are trust, unconditional attention, broadened views, and clarified thoughts leading to actionable plans. My therapeutic orientation is a hybrid of various psychotherapy with a focus of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and existentialism. I also often blend in health coaching and career coaching as needed.
